Jian Ghomeshi in Gotstyle for the Giller Prize

November 14, 2011

Jian Ghomeshi hosted the 2011 Scotiabank Giller Prize gala on Tuesday, November 8th. The Giller Prize is Canada’s most distinguished literary award, awarding $50,000 annually to the finalist. This year’s finalist was Esi Edugyan who wrote her second novel Half-Blood Blues about jazz musicians in Europe during the Second World War.

Jian stopped by to pick up a Drykorn tuxedo (after much debate on whether he should do a suit or a tux, we were pushing for the tux), Stenstroms tuxedo shirt with studs, Ted Baker patent shoes and a Dion bowtie. To see more fashionable guests, visit The Star’s photo gallery.
