2014 was an incredible year of growth for Gotstyle, not only in the physical sense with the launch of our Distillery District location but also within our operations. That being said, we are currently on the hunt for some incredibly talented individuals to join our family. We are looking for mature, experienced, outgoing and fashionable individual with proven retail experience to join our team in the following positions:
Position-Full Time Assistant Manager (Bathurst Store)
Position-Part Time Sales Associate (Distillery Store)
Start date-March 1-15 2014
General Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring top-notch customer service by handling transactions in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Build clientele base by providing excellent follow through on purchases, special orders and alterations
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, staff and management to maintain the stores operational needs
- Understand POS system to accurately complete transactions
- Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
- Stock receiving, processing and replenishing
- Assist with visual merchandising and special events
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and guidelines
General Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years retail experience
- Knowledgable in the latest mens fashion trends, including men’s suiting
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Wilingness to learn and grow your career with Gotstyle
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills.
- Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business
