March 21, 2016

The contest is now closed. The winners have been emailed!

The Canadian Film Fest is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting Canadian filmmaking talent. The festival spans 4 days from March 30th to April 2nd. It exclusively showcases Canadian shorts and feature films. The festival also includes opening and closing galas, parties, panels and other meet-and-greet sessions. This year’s film fest features How to Plan an Orgy In a Small Town, Chasing Valentine, Across the Line and more.

Gotstyle being a Canadian company, we do our very best to be involved in events that support homegrown talent. We’ve been given the opportunity to give away two pairs of passes for the festival. That means you and a friend can go and watch every movie featured! All you have to do is subscribe to our YouTube channel and comment below with your Youtube username. A winner will be announced on Monday March 28th. Individual tickets are also available for purchase for the movies and the panels.

Here are the 3 movies we’re most excited to see at CFF.

  1. Borealis

An interesting father/daughter story. Promises to pull on your heartstrings and give you the warm tingles at the same time.

2. Jackie Boy

A self-destructive womanizer, substitutes his emotional insecurities with drinks, drugs and one-night stands. So this movie looks sexy AF… date night please?

3. Across the line

This movie was based on true events. Touching on racial tensions right here in Canada. Powerful movie that we’re hoping will  inspire some change.

You can see all these movies and more!
