What’s New: Marshall Artist

A British Heritage brand, Marshall Artist‘s mission is to produce socially relevant menswear that is ultra wearable while showcasing their British eccentricities. Their design and quality competes with higher end brands without the higher price point, and when you see the details that they put in the product it will become your favorite brand!

The factory that makes Marshall Artist also makes items for Prada, Mui Mui, Penfield. Marshall Artist has been spotted on the backs of Jude Law, David Beckham, the Gallagher brothers and other British celebrities.

Spring was inspired by classic American sports, the great outdoors and 60’s military, including references to camping, sailing, lawn tennis and vintage military uniforms.

What’s New: Tees & Shorts from Zanerobe

Zanerobe from Australia is another spring inclusion that we’re super excited to present: its vintage and vibrant style of tees, tanktops, and shorts bring out the fun of spring. Don’t worry, winter will be over sooner than you think.

The brand’s design ethos is deeply entrenched in traditional streetcar, synthesized seamlessly with non-conventional, contemporary retrospective themes and applications. The love of framing vintage sporting eras, reviving precious design and social elements, and restoring them faithfully in collections for au courant’ commercial audiences.

Zanerobe is available at varying price points: singlets/tanktops are $70-85, tees are $85-95, and shorts (Vylan’s staff pick of the month) are $125-150.

New at Gotstyle: Desigual from Barcelona, Spain.

I brought this collection to the store because I love their fun, bold colors and crazy patchwork designs. Their philosophy is the same as ours – great fashions at an affordable price point and they offer designs and patterns that you won’t see anywhere. I love their fine gauge sweaters that are perfect for layering now, and pants and shorts that are a great change of pace to jeans and chinos. The brand is sold in over 60 countries around the world and is one of the most recognized brands in Spain (and slowly though out Europe!).
