Last Wednesday, we hosted an event at Ultra called Fashion Face-off which had a fantastic turn out. Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting, including our many delightful followers on Twitter. Great to meet many of you!

We understand there was some difficulty for a number of our guests to get into the venue, and trust me, we’re not happy at all with what many of you had to go through. We apologize to those who were not able to get in.

We’re having another mini event this Thursday from 6 to 8pm for our newest arrival in the store, Dutch Blonde. Look out for another big event in the coming months!

We haven’t had a party in a long time (I’ve realized that I hate planning them, so if anyone wants to volunteer for free….we’ll be more than happy to have more!), so Sean from Ultra did just that. He called me up and asked if we wanted to have the best night of the year (the Wednesday before the Canada Long Weekend) on the Ultra patio for their Katwalk event. It’s going to be with my favorite models from Elmer Olsen, you guys get to choose what model is wearing your favorite outfit (and get a chance to win it!) and the ladies get to go around and hand out gold stars to the best dressed guys (the guy with the most stars wins a Made to Measure dress shirt!)We have 50 free guest list comps (it’s $20 to get in, $15 before midnight) so send your RSVPs to rsvp@gsmen.com.
