hi melissa, i dropped into your new location today and spent about 15 minutes browsing. none of your staff greeted me or asked if i needed anything and a couple of your staff actually deliberately looked away when i was looking for some help. with all respect, if you’re hiring people that deliberately refuse to engage or even make eye contact with your customers then, like me, they’ll leave and won’t come back. it was not a great experience and not what i look for when i’m out to shop.
